『NSW州外へのリクルートプログラム』
と呼ばれるプログラムがありまして、
NSW州教育省は、NSW州の公立学校で働く有能な州外・国外教師の誘致に取り組んでいます。
海外または州内を拠点とする経験豊富な教師ですか？NSW州の公立学校で働きたいですか？素晴らしいニュースです。リクルートメント・ビヨンド・ニューサウスウェールズ・プログラムは、資格を持った教師が、地域や需要の高い学校で教えるための認可を受け、ニューサウスウェールズ州教育省でのフルタイムの雇用を継続できるように支援します。
教員供給戦略の一環として、リクルートメント・ビヨンド・ニューサウスウェールズ・プログラムは、500人以上の有能で経験豊富な教員をニューサウスウェールズの教室に採用することを目標としています。

Possibility of immigrating to Australia
With the recent increase in the number of people leaving Japan, many teachers are also thinking about leaving but may wonder how it’s possible to move overseas while teaching in Japan. However, there’s good news for those teachers! The state of NSW is currently focusing on a program called the “Recruitment Beyond NSW Program” aimed at attracting talented teachers from outside the state and overseas.
Are you an experienced teacher based outside of Australia or within the state? Do you want to work in NSW public schools? This is fantastic news. The Recruitment Beyond NSW Program supports qualified teachers to receive authorisation to teach in high-demand schools and continue full-time employment with the NSW Department of Education.
As part of the teacher supply strategy, the Recruitment Beyond NSW Program aims to hire more than 500 competent and experienced teachers into New South Wales classrooms. They also provide visa support.
Upon reading, participants of this program are eligible to receive support from the NSW Department of Education for relocation, border measures in Australia, quarantine, visa acquisition, and all aspects of support. If you’re interested, apply here!
